NEET -2018 online Application Filling Facility available on CSC - Digital Seva portal . Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the examination authority has designated Common Services Centres (CSC) to support candidates in registering for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2018 application form.Candidates can now fill NEET Application Form 2018 through Common Service Centres located across the country.

NEET Notification 2018

Indian Medical Council Act-1956 as amended in 2018 and the Dentists Act-1948 as amended in 2018, online applications are invited for NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG) – 2018 (NEET-UG-2018) to be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses in India in Medical/Dental Colleges run with the approval of Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Eligibility criteria : 

Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRI’s), Overseas Citizen of India (OCI’s), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO’s) & Foreign Nationals are eligible for appearing in the NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG), 2018.

The candidate must have completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December, 2018 i.e. the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S./B.D.S. Course.

Neet -2018 Aadhaar is mandatory 

For Indian citizens and ordinary residents of India, Aadhaar Number is a requirement to fill up the online application of NEET(UG), 2018 in all States except J&K, Assam and Meghalaya. 

For NRIs, Aadhaar or Passport Number is required for filling up of the online application of NEET(UG), 2018.

For Foreign Nationals, Overseas Citizen of India (OCI’s), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO’s), Passport Number is the mandatory requirement for filling up of the online application of NEET(UG), 2018. 

At the time of filling application form NEET(UG), 2018, the candidates will have to enter their AADHAAR number, name, date of birth & gender and give their consent to CBSE to validate the information provided by them with the UIDAI’s database. In case, these particulars do not match, the candidate will not be able to fill the application form of NEET(UG), 2018. Therefore, the candidates are advised to ensure that their AADHAAR card has correct details of their name, date of birth & gender as per school records. If there is some mismatch in these details, the candidates should immediately get it corrected in AADHAAR data or school records, as the case may be

Online submission of application may be made by accessing the Board’s website Instructions for submitting online application and payment of fee are available on website.
Candidates may remit the fee in the following manner:
a. Through any Debit/Credit Card 
b. Net Banking/UPI or 
c. e-wallets of different service provider

4. Assistant Labour Officer of the Labour Department shall be the Registering Authority.

Benefits of Chandranna Bima Policy 

1. Rs. 5 lakh for Accident Death and Total Disability: Rs. 2,25,000/- (Rupees two lakh twenty five thousand) from State Accident Death and Disability Scheme, Rs.75,000/- (Rupees seventy five thousand) under Aam Admi Bima Yojana (AABY) and Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakh) from Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY).

2 . Up to Rs.3,62,500/- for Partial Disability: Up to Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees two lakh twenty five thousand) from State Accident Death and Disability Scheme, Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh) from PMSBY and Rs.37,500 from AABY.

3. Rs.30,000/- for Natural Death under Aam Admi Bima Yojana (AABY).

4. Rs.1200/- p.a. towards scholarship per child up to two children of the beneficiary studying 9th, 10th, Intermediate or ITI.

Pradhan mantri fasal bima yojana (PMFBY) or Wheather based Crop Insurance Scheme ( WBCIS ) was launched on 18th February 2016 by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. in the country from Kharif  2016 season. To provide insurance coverage and financial support to the farmers in the event of failure of any of the notified crop thus helping in stabilising the income of the farmers. The Scheme covers all Food & Oilseeds crops and Annual Commercial/Horticultural Crops, The scheme is compulsory for loanee farmers availing Crop Loan /KCC account for notified crops and voluntary, that farmers who opted for crop loans from banks and co-operative institutions, must compulsorily be covered by insurance. For those who did not opt for loans, it was optional.The government wants both loanee and non-loanee to take advantage of Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) as well as weather-based crop insurance scheme.Any Non Loanee Farmer who wants to cover his Fasal/Crop can enroll under this scheme by contributing some amount of Premium.


PMFBY - Crop Insurance available through CSC's 

Pradhan mantri fasal bima yojana (PMFBY / Crop Insurance ) service will be available on Digital Seva Portal. Insurance regulator IRDA has already given permission to agents and intermediaries to access the CSC  for crop insurance. This scheme is regulated by the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India (IRDAI) and all major General Insurance Companies have assigned different State & District to insure Crops/Fasal of these farmers as per instructions of the Government of India.

Roles & responsibilities of CSC VLEs :

  • All CSC VLEs have to ensure to create awareness about this Scheme to all the NON LOANEE farmers in their Areas.
  • All VLEs also have to Display these 2 attachments in the front of their CSC Centres mandatorily as a part to create awareness. 
  • You will get INSTANT earning of Rs 24 (Less TDS) for every successful submitted application. 
  • You will not charge any additional/extra amount from the Farmer except the Premium displayed in the Crop Portal. Premium will be auto calculated on the basis of Insured area & crop selected by you after the confirmation from Farmer.
  • CSC VLEs are allowed to accept applications of ONLY NON LOANEE farmers.
  • Loanee Farmers shall approach/contact to their banks for Insurance under this scheme. 

PMFBY - Crop Insurance Farmer Registration Process 

The Non-loanee farmers are required to submit necessary documents, which you shall require to scan & upload to complete Farmer registration.

Require Documents :

  • Land record / Land Proof, which will show farmer’s name or his Father’s name along with his name. 
  • In case of Tenant Farmer : Applicable contract/ agreement details/ other documents notified/ permitted by concerned State Government. If case of No document, Self Declaration can be accepted. 
  • Passbook & Cancelled Cheque – You can scan any available document or both in single page to upload. 
  • Sowing Certificate : Farmers may get this Certificate from Patwari / surpanch / pradhaan or from their Taluka/Tehsil/Block office.

  • First Vle's can logon to Digital Seva portal,
  • Than Click on 'Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana'
  • it will be redirected to "" Webpage,
  • Click on "Login with digital seva connect" Button, 
  • After Successfully login, Than Click on "Farmer Registration" Button,
  • Than Select State, District, Bank name, Branch, Bank Account Number and IFSC code,
  • Click on "Submit" Button,
  • Enter Farmer Aadhaar Number in the mentioned option,
  • Click on "Ekyc" Button
  • Select "Ekyc " type ( Iris / Finger Print /  OTP )
  • Click on "Proceed" Button,
  • After Successfully completed Authentication, PMFBY Online application will be displayed,
  • Than Fill the all mandatory details in the application form,
  • Fill the Insurance unit Details,
  • Enter the Land and Crop details than click on "Add" Button,
  • Than click on "Save& Contentious " Button,
