Andhra Pradesh State Government started New Website for People to report grievances, problems and give suggestions through online. Really it is good News for Andhra Pradesh People who can Report their Problems, Grievances , complaints to respective departments through online. Meekosam Portal was officially launched Andhra Pradesh Chief Minster Nara Chandrababu Naidu on May 2015 for Public grievances.

Andhra Pradesh People Just log on to www.meekosam.ap.gov.in, If you have any Problems, Grievance, or Complaints , Meekosam Portal will be a platform where you can report about local problems, give suggestions and post related photographs/documents through online.

The Meekosam Portal will record Public grievance through Aadhar number. The Person Who posted Grievance, Complaints or Suggestions could also track the progress of their application. MeeKosam also gives you an option to classify your complaint.Once grievance has been registered, Person will receive an acknowledgement via SMS/e-mail.From the government’s end, the grievance will be registered, tracked and forwarded to the concerned department.If grievance is not addressed within a certain time-frame, it will immediately be escalated to higher authorities.People can track the status of grievance online or call toll-free number 1100/1800-425-4440.

How to Register Grievances through Meekosam Portal ?

1. Person Who want to Post their grievance, first logon to www.meekosam.ap.gov.in ,
2. Than Click on “signup” option in citizen’s login corner
3. Register with your details by giving: Aadhaar number, Mobile number and password.
4. Click on “Signup” button. After signing up screen will be redirected to OTP screen.
5. You mobile number will receive OTP(One Time Password).
6. Enter OTP in OTP screen and click on “Activate” button. If your mobile number did not receive the OTP then click on “Resend OTP” button.
7. After activation login with registered Aadhaar number and Password.
8. After logging in to the portal, select the district in which you have to register a grievance.
9. Click on “అర్జీ నమోదు” and select the concern department in which the problem category exists
10.Grievance name can also be searched with the grievance name in menu search option.
11. Fill the form as per the fields given. Star mark “*” fields are need to filled compulsory.
12. After filling all details select the officer “హోదా” and "పరిష్కరించవలసిన అధికారి" and then click on "సమర్పించండి" button.
13. You will get one grievance number after clicking on "సమర్పించండి".
14. Take "Print Out  copy of  Acknowledgement, This will be used for your further reference.

    my father took a gold lone in saptagiri grameena bank talapula village it has been given for sugarcane 4.acres.loan has an eligibiity for debt redemption but shows in the loan status no data found .
