APEPDCL ( Andhra Pradesh Eastern Power Distribution company ltd ) has providing lot of online services for consumers through their website https://www.apeasternpower.com, APEPDCL has providing Online Complaint Registration is a New Feature provided for Consumers in the Website. It is well designed and flexible to access. who have problems those consumers submit their grievances through online and also check complaint status online. Upon successful registration, a unique registration number will be generated and provided to the customer, which is to be retained for status enquiry. Grievance will be posted to the concerned department/officials and see to it that the problem is attended to immediately.It is well designed for both LT and HT Consumers.

How to Register APEPDCL complaint online ?

1. First  New /old consumer visit APEPDCL department website www.apeasternpower.com
2 Than Click on "Online Complaint Registration" button on home page.
3. Before registration read the all instruction carefully.
4. Than Enter your " Consumer No./ SC NO" in the mentioned box,
5. Than Click " Submit " Button. 

APEPDCL- Online Complaint Registration

The Online Complaint Registration Process for LT Consumers is as follows

1.Select the Category (LT Consumers/HT Consumers) and then select the Circle to which you belong.
2.Select your Section which is optional,
3.  Select your Area code which is Optional
4. Enter the Last Six digits of your Service number.
Based on the above inputs provided by Consumer the next screen leads to the Registration form . A part of the Registration form will be auto filled based on details above.
5 Enter the Landmarks, Phone no, Email id which were optional.
6. Select the Complaint Nature of Complaint,
7.Select the Complaint Type,
8. The Consumer will be entering the Description of the Complaint at last and then submits the form.
9.After Successful Registration of the Complaint the Consumer will be provided with a Reference Number which can be used for further correspondence.

The Online Complaint Registration Process for HT Consumers is as follows

1.The Consumer will select the Category (HT Consumers) and then he selects the Circle.
2. Selection of Section and Area code is not required for HT Consumers. The Consumer will enter his Service Number in the provided place.
3.Consumer will select the Nature of Complaint (SUPPLY/BILLING),
4.Then the consumer selects the Complaint Type.,
5.The Consumer will enter the Complaint Description in the provided place and submits the form,On Successful Registration of the Complaint, the consumer will be provided with an Complaint No. as Reference No. for future Correspondence.
